Mentoring for Mechina Alumni
Of all the pre-army leadership programs in Israel, Mechinat Rabin maintains the highest level of engagement with graduates serving in the IDF. From the moment of enlistment and throughout three years of service or longer, a mechina staff member is continually in touch with each graduate to offer guidance and support. During their service, graduates are invited to attend a beit midrash held at the mechina every Friday. We also offer graduate seminars on Judaism and leadership, and four annual events of relevance to their experience in the IDF, which are well attended. These efforts have proven effective in giving alumni continued inspiration to contribute to society as well as in preserving their connection to the mechina.
